# 1 Leadership Letter – THOUGHTS as NO 1 of 5 Basic Elements
Did you know how powerful your mind is? That it affects your actions. You probably want your actions to support a meaningful direction for you and your career, for a project, process or the business you are leading.
Why is this important?
This is important because we have limited time and energy - we want a personal experience of ease and joy at work and in life.
In an energy perspective, thoughts are powerful waves of energy. We have supportive thoughts that help us to be in natural flow. On the other hand, we also have thoughts that help us feel bad, not good enough, that make us doubt ourselves and hold us back from acting in an empowering way. These are also often thoughts that hinder us from being in a natural flow.
We all want to be happy. Changing thoughts might be the fastest way to move on to a happier version of yourself. By being aware of your thoughts, you can change your life. You then understand how important it is to be aware of your own thoughts. You can use energy insight to change thoughts.
Since our thoughts are so important, it`s beneficial to become early more aware on what thoughts you are thinking. For example, what are the top 5 things you think about most during a day. This way I discovered and became more aware of the thoughts I thought did not serve me. I also became more aware of what thoughts I wanted to think. The thoughts that strengthened what I wanted to achieve.
Thoughts that slows down: I do not have enough money to ...
Thoughts that strengthen: I have more than enough money at the time I want to ...
We tend to focus on what we feel we don`t have enough of. By giving it focus and nourishment, we support to manifest it to be true through the vibrations we send out.
Other examples are: we are not thin enough, can`t do what we want, are not equal enough, do not have the right clothes, the right friends, the right boss, the right home in the right place, etc.
Time to reflect and integrate new insight

- What conscious thoughts do you have that strengthen you today?
- What thoughts can you identify that limit you?
